Prices per week, from Saturday to Saturday.

Taxe de séjour: Gîte Le Verger: €7.70/week, Gîte La Vigne: €9.80/week, Gîte La source: €15.40/week

Bed linen, kitchen and bath towels (not pool/beach towels!) included.

The gîtes are accessible from 4pm. We ask you to respect this time!

If you arrive later than 6 pm, please let us know.

You are kindly requested to vacate the gîtes by 11am on the day of departure.

When renting the gîtes, a deposit of 200 euros is required. This amount must be paid in cash upon arrival. At the end of your stay, this amount will be returned, provided that no damage or loss was found.

We cook 4 times a week: on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The price is 50 euros p/p and includes an aperitif with amuse, starter, main course and dessert or cheese (wine, water, coffee and tea included).

Children's meal: 20 euros.

A reservation is valid if a deposit of 50% of the proposed stay period has been paid. The remaining 50% must be paid 4 weeks before arrival.

We do not accept credit cards.

In case of cancellation within 4 weeks before the start of the stay, 50% of the total accommodation costs will be charged. In case of cancellation within 2 weeks before the start of the stay, the full accommodation costs are due.

To avoid unpleasant surprises, it is advisable to take out cancellation insurance yourself.

Pets are not allowed

All buildings at Les Mirandes, including rooms and gîtes, as well as the area around the pool are non-smoking.
